Budapest Scientology Community Marks 10-Year Milestone

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the eu news france Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary included a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and interfaith dialogue. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
